WAITING WITHOUT REASON BOSS IS HAVING REST

0

I was waiting to see him in his cabin. So I was considering him busy. I dropped-in, the Second card of mine along with a peon, the first one who sent my card to the boss. . So this time I wrote my AGE/ POSITION and a teap below under “NO WORK SIR” it is ourtesy call.
I made him think that my age and I am a qualified journalist and also been accredited journalist with govt. of Maharashtra. Definitely he shall call me and say that ” I am Awfully Busy”. So I shall conclude nd will not say further. Will asked his leave and shall at once come out of his room. He is an officer incharge to who I am meeting. And that way to meet him I am not coming with any prior appointment.
But the things happened vice versa to me.I did wait for Sahab to call me. Sahab made me late…to show his powers. He asked his peon to be at the gate. He did not allow me in _ for the reason boss might have his ownknowlege of yellow journalism idea about me in his mind. There were no visitors inside along with him he was alone. Maybe he was busy with his routine files in his cabine, I presumed. . My third request to send-in , my card, discarded by the peon in totally.
So I made my seat on the nearby visitors bench so I will choose rather … a chair, so I shall not lose a balance and shall not lean upon the other visitor or a competent person who is sitting on the bench. There is one seat available on the bench but I shall prefer the chair to be comfortable with two hands-rest chair, it is .
He made me wait for more than an hour so I deeply made me think in-side in me of missing an apportunity with the officer, for whom I am waiting in Que. Got myself down the stree, avoided autos and the nearby person who were there for any Danka BUKKI may occurr to me in my old days and entered in the cafe house. Made me superb and boarded the nearby auto to reach my proposed stay in town. My 840 k. m. journey, my stay in town, my qualification all stand nonsense to the visiting boss, am I to whom wants to meet. He he is boss. He is incharge. He is there for his signing powers to sanction, and I, for no reason want to disturbed him. I know I am no where, a journalist with no inner power to correct the officer. It does happens to we for the reason on the name of SADHU-SANT, lallus also take an a cvatage, I know.
It happened to me a long ago when Labour secretary Mr. S. S. Eyyer was there in room No. 606 at the annexed 6th floor, Mantralay.

He called me before two decades and shouted at me for not meeting me if I am not ccme to him with “NO PRIOR APPOINTMENT”.
“I shall not meet you the next time he said. Rather I shall not entertaind you, he said gently. I have got my own house work to perform and here I am to loos my time because of you.”
Moved back two steps from my place. I said. ” your honour I came from Nagpur so I was ,
rather allowed in-cabin. Asked me to take a seat. I continued with sir. Sir, I catches the night Dadar Express train at 10.10 p. m. at Nagpur. Come down at Jalgaon to get the news. Catched the next day or after two days the same train and deboard it at Nasik. At Nasik it took me to cover Ambad & Satpur MIDC areas in countless days and it make me any working one day to see all the labour officers in office. When the work finished, or the news I put in my bag I do start for Mumbai to meet the officers.

You as one of those super in power as Secretary _ had many reasons of meeting you sir. So I am not having my fix program nor my days are in-line and I am away from my house for days together. At most you may allow me or aske me not to disturb you. I shall not say a word to you in return. That way I am a lay-man. Could not able to pass an IAS examination preminiary even in my life. Behave with me the way you like, asked me to get out from your office, don’t entertain me even Keecked me out if you want. But that is there that I shall dropped in your office with out prior appointment. Sir In one card ticket of mine I get 8 days. It mean for 840 km. one day as break journey after 200 km. travels sir excluding the time of first journey. So mine is not fixed timing to see you.

Labour Secretary heard me fully, rather my MFA degree in Drama gave me courage to speak before the Labour Secretary in Mantralaya. From that day after lunch I used to meet the Secretary at the corners of his home wherefrom I and then Secretary, Mr. Ayyer used to have two Mantralaya rounds along with me after lunch time. . He continued it when he became a OUP-LOK- AYUKTA of the state. Only difference was there that he used to get raIr time to move in that OUP- AYUKTA as his position and it was then was the Administrative Building instead of Mantralaya
