In the days of Manohar Joshi as a Chief Minister of Maharastra, SAMANA paper started at Nagpur. Paper was, in Marathi language and was its then editor Bala Saheb Thakre. With launching SAMANA in Nagpur its staff increased day by day. So made an application by its reporter to get an accreditation card for himself from the government. After filling all the necessary requirements, the journalist went to his editor to get the signature.
Bala Saheb did not signed the reporter’s accreditation paper, came to him as a Editor of News Paper, since it was the administrative procedure to get the accreditation card. Signature of an Editor (Bala saheb) was must sine it was the official procedure as a SAMANA Editor. Then the reporter could not get the accreditation from Government of Maharashtra.

After a huge cry and the editor signature is must on the paper, the form had been rejected by an authority. The vary proforma of Accreditation card changed at that time by not any kind of letter to that effect. But it has been changed by the REMOTE CONTROLLER Shri Balalsaheb who was the head no upper head of then CM of Maharashtra. Now a days you will see with the signature of Editor’s deputy is legible, it is been allowed by the then CM, Manoihar Joshi as an authority, of a publicity department, it is said.

IT IS SAMANA of a legal battel of Bala Saheb Thakre .BUT NO SAMANA of AT ALL with sward, not

even of MAR- PEET for which SIV SAINIKS ARE BEING KNOWN. It was just a direction to the authority to change one man’s supremacy, it said in samana the next edition.
