The Ex-Deputy Director of Industrial Safety and Health suddenly poked in with the Dy. Director, Shri Jayant Mohorkar, in the chamber of Shri Vinayak Londhe , Regional Director of Industrial Safety & Health, Nagpur, the other day. Mr. Londhe got up from his seat and stood up. I presumed that someone from the MIDC might have come in. But at once, I also stood up from my seat and profusely gave my smile to a man. But who he may be I could not understand at the time. This happened this way “Chehara to Pahachana Lagta hai”. I recollect him at once rather his handsome personality Jamdar, the ex-Dy. Director, to whom I met last when he was at Mumbai Head Quarter and was an Ex- Personnel Assistant to a Director.

I adore, as a journalist to Mr. Jamdar now is at Nashik City, where from he runs an NGO, he told me. Mr. Jamdar took voluntary retirement, and then after, I could not meet him. When I saw him after that I couldn’t stop repeating again a respectful, dignified, and plausible talk Mr. Jamdar that he look more smart.

Now, in real sense, he is doing a work for downtrodden, an to the people who they are in un-organized sector. That way helping nature was their in his inbuilt personality, (I know. I admire him with his qualities so many times before, but now I respectfully adore him. An officer, he had not occupied the seat of the government for money and not for showing powers of his to show his muscle as an officer, but as a human being always. He had, this quality before as well, now he is running an NGO, of his.
May, Mr. Jamdar could get more international recognition for his NGO, I pray to god.

Shri Dhanjay Jamdar must be the first officer from the Department of Industrial Safety and Health. Before him was Late H. N. Mirashi, the ex-chief. He was an extraordinary man. Late Mr. Vasant Gokhale, was also that kind man in eighties. While he was in services in this department of Safety & Health, he, who brought “PALANA GHAR” sense to help working women for the first time in Factories.
But what Mr. Jamdar is doing recollected me the then Late Baba Amte, whom the people before decades and at his early age said a MAD, PAGAL & BHATAKA HUWA BRAMHANACHA MULGA, deserve to be out of cast when Baba Amte started his NGO, at Warora, Chandrapur District, now known NGO, now looks after by his Doctor son and helped to him by his Doctor wife.
May, Mr. Jamdar could get more international recognition for his NGO, I pray to god.
