JAYA AMITAB BACHCHAN reciprocated this my this hidden question after a long time … when I happens to be old enough to understand it’s meaning from others. But yes it is … a man should learn the lesson because he or she is a student first in life, till death. I agreed with.
Jaya’s photo I saw in my life for the first time at the Gate of FTII, Pune. Where Asrani, Smitha Patil and Shabana’s photos were there on record at the Gate of FTII to identify them if they came late in night at the FTII INSTTUTION. When I had gone there to get my admission in writing script. Madam Fadke was there, as a Librarian of FTII Institute. She was from Nagpur and was the student of Mrs. Vaidya Madam who was working in Nagpur University Library, and was a Guest Lecturer in B.Lib (Library Science) in Nagpur University.
Meet her in FTII. Madam Mrs. Vaidya told me at Nagpur : Don’t come here as a student, told me Madam Mrs. Fadke at Pune. A contrast versions of the same reason of mine in meeting her, indeed.
Looking my craze, Mrs. Fadke guided me to go to Mumbai and work with any of the writer/ Director there, to be a successful, to earn ROJI- ROTI. She convinced me gracefully. Further she said to me that any of the students who came here are being born as an artist, she talk about Asrani & Smita Patil in particular. Don’t waste your time and money, she then convinced me.
I was not having money to spend for my admission and no relatives either in Pune or in Bombay at that time. I came back to Nagpur from Pune. I was working at that time as steno-typist in MIDC, Nagpur. My monthly salary was Rs. 300 only and was the source of the family to survive. Rather Mrs. Fadke might have got this information from Mrs. Vaidaya, I presumed.
But then the role of Jaya Bhaduri, in film Guddi & in FILM ABHIMAN I like more. Rather I am being impressed by her as an actor. Guiddi film I do not remembered much but in ABHIMAN she played a role of SINGER. A simple graceful personality of her with adorable voice and in SAREE, the grate lady in AKASHAWNI STUDIO infact in picture, I have that image of her in my eyes, till today.
In the movie I witnessed her role as a simple lady from the Village who made her carrier in singing, infact a better singer than her husband. That was the reason & was her tragedy to leave the husband’s home, even she was introduced by her husband to the world of KNOWN SINGERS. At the end she came back and joind her husband in singing. I remember. I remembered then she dragged out her carrier and devoted her life in bringing up her children as she did all in her actual life also. So simple she was in the AKASHWANI STUDIO and on Stage in her public performances behind the AIR Mike logo., I impressed much.
She did it all and puts her simplicity in me in particular to be a grate Indian Women to save her husband then became a alcoholic man in picture ABHIMAN. Then I wached her carrier when she was real wife of Amitab who left her film carrier, to be more as housewife first. I talk all this with my journalist friend and most of the episodes about her when there is a subject of films.
Once my friend shouted at me when I talk too much about her simplicity because she is also a daughter of another journalist from Nagpur where I born. So he argued with me, her reference with CHAMBAL GHATI. Then her journalist father late Tarun Kumar Bhaduri was at Bhopal and work with Chambal Bandits.
So, Jaya Amitabh Bhachchan may have her roles in films as per the situation and what you like more sympathy on her face more have its impression on you. And that impacts you in your actual life. But she is not that much kind enough to her husband you might have witnessed in KAUN BANENGA KARODPATI serials. He is more than a kind in his talk, my friend argued.
The roles of JAYA are the fantastic one , I agreed, but the master behind the hero in the Films is a DIRECTOR, who is behind the curtain. Director is responsible with a responsibility in casting of an individual told me my teacher Late Purushottam Darvekar in 1986, when I was his student, in Master of Fine Art (Drama). But I said to him, sir in my journalism, the editor, even does not know the news, who is resposible but does not know the face, rhythm and layout of the news, I replied. Master Darvekar not replied to me but heard me, and answered me, murmered he, and surprised me, then said he … AIKUN _ “KATTAR KALAJAT GUSALEE”.
