IT IS CENTRAL BAZAR TO BE MORE PRECISE

From Lokmat Square at east to the “T” POINT of Engineering College to the west. There was no sign of Bazar. Even the street name is CENTRAL BAZAR ROAD.

In the year 1980-81, I worked with Nagpur Times News Paper. The only one newspaper at that time was in English. HITAVADA newspaper was closed and was in the initial stage to start again by Shri Banwarilal Purohit.

So I used to get down at Carmel School, Bus Stop and used to walk on foot up to Nagpur Times where nowadays, there is a Hotel. Those days, this Central Bazar Road was a barren road without any hotel, hospitals , or any shop of furniturewala. Even kapadewala, shoeswala, and Bartanwala shops were also not there. But tailers may be their inside of Ramdaspeth Area for the colonies settled down in Farm Land Layout.

But I know it was an important road, with newspaper establishments in the vicinity. There were Daily Lokmat, Daily Tarun Bharat, Daily Yugdharm, and Daily Nagpur Times newspapers on this road.. I think there was an employment exchange in the house of Wankhede just opposite the Central Point Hotel. But the area was without any market even though the road was named Central Bazar Road.

Now you will see a Bazar. And it is actually Central Bazar Road. It is a two-way divide road with a middle short heighted bifurcation to step down the other side, one who is a pedestrian. It makes it easy for men & women to go to the other side of the road without hassles to make a long turn to reach the available shop there. It is for motorcycles, scooters and bicycles to move on the other side with little difficulty to cross it.

The other day, I was there in CANARA BANK. And there was a Bazar of women working in the Bank itself. It was the birthday of the employee, and there was really a HALLA- GULLA. Since CANARA BANK is a women's bank because one or two men are working there in a minority, as such the women’s employees' more strength is there.

The beautiful ladies of the bank came out of the bank and made a replica of BAZAR ROAD with their Bazar. The most vulnerable thing they (all canara bank ladies employees) made of BAZAR when the plane went in the sky on their heads rolled at around 4.30 p.m. There not only a folk of women shouted with respectable shouts but moved their hands saying bye- by-by to the plane. The women folk shouted in one voice so as to reach their HALLA- GULA at least to the pilot seated in the cockpit, I am sure.

I should be thankful to all Canara Bank women employees for making a big shout. That way it is Central Bazar Road and today they made this name SARTHAK (Ditto) of that name, the Central Bazar Road, the name was till now only on municipality records.

Here you see that Syndicate Bank merged with Canara Bank so you may say MIXING BAZAR. These all women shouted in one voice then you may say VOICE BAZAR, the plane made his round at that particular time then you may say THUNDER BAZAR. And at last but not in the least you should be thankful to CANARA BANKS WOMENS EMPLOYEES to make a bazaar central place because it is Central Bazar Road. We should once again be thankful to the Canara Banks Women's Employees for making that actual Bazar while celebrating one of their employee birthday outside on the porch of the Canara Bank premises.
