Mr. Duwadupar confirmed to me after a pause saying on phone that he was Late Chandrashekhar Motiram Kedare. Yes he must be Kedare only. Sunil Kedar sounds me different between two identical names, while reading newspaper headlines.

He was not RE and was Raje Kedar, I concluded. Raje does get jailed after they lose the kingdom, I know. And they must be KAIDI for the reason they have their eyes on the life of common man. I met the late Chandrashekar Kedare jee, in the MIDC office. He was then an Executive Engineer, and I was Romeo of the MIDC area, as a journalist. That particular meeting day there was some slag in my Lambretta Scooter and there was no way for me to have a shadow over my head in the month of March-April month in Nagpur Hingana Estate, MIDC west side which was divided Hingna MIDC by the Defense Railway Line, at that time. It was two posts offices by the different pin code 440016 and 440028. If I had been on this side, I would have taken help from the police station and would have come to my house by getting the help of police, in my problem. But when I reached the other side of the railway line and when my Lambretta scooter could not move.
Rather Lucky, I was, and met Shri Kedare jee. He is dead now. After introducing myself, I named Shri Kedare jee, Supdt. Engineer, from State Government, Public Works Departments, Nagpur. And he replied, sir, “PWD, S.E . _ is my uncle”.
In my knowledge, big people who have name & fame have been introduced by any nearest connection with these kinds of better KARMA PEOPLE. These Badmash do use their names for their own benefits. Actually, I was knowing one of those, Mr. Jayant Motghare, a factory inspector who used to say Vijay Motghare, is his relative, whereas Shri Vijay Motghare, a state ST Director was having his good KARMA of his own. But I should name a factory inspector, Shri Jayant Motghare used to show his relations. The Directors of Paramount Engineers told me repeatedly and so often in our talk, I should say. Relations with the ST Director, Vijay Motghare, with Jayant Motghare may not by possible byy virtue of marriage or with any other reasons. But here … I _ I am one of the my witnesses of KARMA of KEDARE JEE,SE, PWD, Nagpur.
He (Kedare) told me once that he is from Amravati District. He used to come daily for his school in Nagpur District. How it may be when in my knowledge Amravati was far away from Nagpur and the highway took four and half an hours to reach there, in those days.
He (Kedare) confessed (SE, PWD) that Nagpur and Amravati Districts have got boundaries and bifurcate by a river. He used to come in his school in those days he repeated. There was no Bridge on the river, he told me in his office, when I met him.
So he was a well known PWD Engineer alias RASTEY JODI ENGINEER in the department. Wherever he got transferred, the first thing he did was RASTEY JODI KAM. As far as I know, Mahatma Mohan Karamchand Gandhi did the same when he was in AFRICA. He collected the stones from the fields and made the KACCHA ROAD, to one of the Ashram in Africa for the Indian origin people there. So was this man, Rasta Jodi Engineer, who worked here, was not less than a Mahatma , when I heard about him often.
When I met MLA madam Shobha Fadnavis from Chandrapur at Mumbai, she told me that her daughter is working under that RASTE JODI engineer, she confessed. I met her when her VT-NAGPUR Vidarbha Express train derailed near Bandera station. It was without any scratch to her in that derailment rather nobody heart, I am told. But there was big news of the derailment and her existence in the same bogie. Nothing happened. It was a simple derailment, and the train was slow, but there was a huge cry in the newspapers, she said.
I could not get the complete name of Kedare, SE, PWD, Nagpur from my source, and I shall name him as Rasta Jodi Engineer only. The man is no less than Mahatma in his work as compared to “Cement Reti Khane Wale Engineers” of the same department.
