About a month back the same situation was there from where I routinely goes to my office. Actually I shifted my office from the West to East side because one of my neighbors started encroaching on my plot. So the reason was a shifting of my place to watch that took place in 1995. Years passed and on a single road the fetal accidents took place. And Mr. Somajwar, Desk Officer, In PWD department at Mumbai asked me the address of Narendra Nagar. Actually the hot Fire broke out in Vidhan Bhavan assembly, he told me. One fetal accident in a month which was the cause of a hot debate. PWD worked hard and Mr. Bobade & Mr. Kide both PWD at the high level engineers were from that ill fated area took the matter with ministry, which helps to avoid accidents since the Police guarded the place and started clearing one way for traffic.
The accidents continued and its existence was on the other places here & there on the same road. Now, it is two way road again became the one way for the people going east to west under the railways bridge. But this time, this two way bridge have access for the pedestrians and scooters & motors vehicles. The only way to pass east to west and vice versa.
Submerged water under the bridge have dirt because of railway is under construction for two extra lines for the heavy railway traffic from North to South and South to North. The only railway route to go to south from north and vice versa, a route where more numbers of junction links are available to go to any place in India. But crossing this under bridge from east west and vice versa are of proven an accident place. And for me at the age on 68, it may be the my last day, If I took it for granted and chose this under bridge road. But that day has not come till yet.
After CHATPATA rain, rain was there before two weeks and then on last 24-25 mid night. This city got more than 31mm rain that made havoc to the whole city. Here, under this railway bridge dirty water is a routing cause and it became danger zone if you have to pass through this bridge. Now rain is no were in Nagpur and sun is bright enough now to use goggles if one drives a vehicle. But the muddy water still is here,
Before 10 days I had been to the duty masters of NMC to tell them the cause of accumulated dirty water which is hazardous if one wants to safeguard his dress from the passing through opposite direction vehicles water dirt, in this lodge water gutter. And if the young driver is there then it is for you a MAUT KA KUWA.
Sir, we put three motor pumps but we are helpless for such a havoc said Mr. Borkar an employee of NMC, who looks retired person because he boast for more that three decades of his permanent NMC services. Supervisor to whom I luckily met and said they are pooling the water regularly with the help of three pumps but it is not helpful. He is at the verge of his retirement, in a month or two, told that we are regularly coming on site but no Engineer came here so far to see the site, confessed supervisor Mr. Dekate. He is from Laxmi Nagar zone and he was against the workers of Dhantoli zone.
It is gathered that the half pool came under east zone, Dhantoli whereas west zone is Laxminagar. One depends on on other to get the work done, but nobody is responsible for the people problem.
Actually accumulated MATTI KA DHIGARA at the mouth of pipe does not allow water to flow and therefore there is no use of three motors and pumpwala, round the clock there. Here is, in Nagpur, both the leaders are from ruling BJP Partees. The problem must go to either Rane Raj. They may solve this mud heap problem easily. It is there this “dhigara” today even. They are capable of registering FIR against them, to get the problem solved. To day, I salute to all those leaders who have hundreds and thousands of cases pending against them to solve such kind of problems. Because who will teach a lesson to these govt. employees.
